熟悉收货、理货、拣货、补货、库存管理和现场效率优化，能把仓内运作做得更稳更快，为下游履约打好基础。 Comfortable with inbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, inventory and on-floor efficiency — making the warehouse run steadier and faster as the foundation for fulfilment.
了解生鲜商品流转、损耗控制、品质管理和供应链协同，能在速度与品质之间做出合理权衡。 Familiar with fresh goods flow, shrinkage control, quality management and supply-chain coordination — making sensible trade-offs between speed and quality.
关注配送时效、订单准确率、异常处理和末端体验，愿意持续优化履约质量，把"准时送到"做成习惯。 Focused on delivery time, order accuracy, exception handling and last-mile experience — willing to keep raising the bar so "on-time" becomes the default.
